What we collect
When you call or message us, we collect your name, phone number, the address of the job, and any photos or details you send about the lock or door. If you pay by bank transfer, the payment reference is kept as part of our business records.
Why we use it
Your details are used only to arrange the visit, quote and complete the work, and to keep proper business records. Photos you send are used solely to assess the job.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and for any warranty on the work, then removed. Messages and photos are deleted when they are no longer needed for the job.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal reason to keep it. To make a request, call or WhatsApp 07984 547185.
